Returns & Exchanges Policy

K&G will accept returns or exchanges (for most items) within 3 days after the item was purchased. To return or exchange an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Food items are not eligible for return or exchange as we maintain high standards of hygiene. Sale and clearance items will not be eligible for return or exchange. A valid receipt will be required to fulfill any returns or exchanges. K&G reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
